Re: Messaging Solutions makes it easy to keep track of remote facilities and independent employees, and to provide alternative methods of contact in an emergency. For example, one of our clients has staff members that work alone. Safety regulations require that such individuals be contacted regularly. In this case, the employee calls us once each hour during their shift. Our system alerts us if a call isn’t received within 10 minutes of the scheduled check-in time. The contingency plan is initiated and followed through until the appropriate party has been contacted.

One of our other customers is an international shipping company. If a ship loses contact with their communications office, they contact Re: Messaging Solutions via cell phone or email. Our system is set up to bring these contacts to our attention immediately. A trained Re: Messaging agent is taken off of regular duty and dedicated to the task of following precise instructions to relay the message and follows up until confirmation is received.
